8. Booking & Cancellations
Bookings are made directly between hosts and guests using our platform as a facilitator.
- StayTribe does not own or manage any properties and is not a party to the rental agreement.
- Payments are collected at the time of booking and held securely until 48 hours after guest check-in.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the host’s selected policy, which is disclosed at the time of booking.
- StayTribe is not responsible for disputes, changes, damages or cancellations arising during or after the stay.
- A 7% non-refundable administrative fee applies to all cancellations or cases of unavailability.

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days in advance via email or platform notification.
