Listing Activation and Editing
To activate or edit your listing, navigate to the circular person/profile icon at the top right corner of the page. Then, select the listing under ‘Your Listings’ in the center of the dashboard. On the next page, you’ll find a button to Activate or Edit located on the right-hand side. To deactivate, follow the same steps, but select “Deactivate” instead.
Edit options are available under each section of the listing, and you can add or remove photos at the top.
Deleting Your Listing or Account
To delete your listing, access the circular person/profile icon at the top right corner of the page. Then, select the listing under ‘Your Listings’ in the center of the dashboard. Choose the “Matches and listing views” tab, and on the right side in the “Listing views” section, select “Delete listing.”
To delete your account, click on Your Account (your name), then select “Account settings.” At the bottom of account settings, find the button to “deactivate or delete account.” In the following pop-up, select “delete my account.”
Reasons for Deactivation or Deletion
Free accounts that remain inactive for more than 30 days will receive an email notification prompting them to confirm if they are still active. Failure to log in within 48 hours of receiving this email will result in listing deactivation to ensure all listings on the platform are current.
Accounts inactive for more than 3 years will be automatically deleted by our system.

When Are Payouts Made to Hosts?
Payouts to hosts are processed within 2 days after the guest has checked into the property. This timeframe allows us to verify that everything is in order and ensures a smooth transaction. The funds are automatically released through our platform, giving both hosts and guests peace of mind.
