Property Listing
A property listing is ideal for landlords, hosts, or homeowners renting out one or more rooms in their home. To begin with, make sure to upload clear, high-quality photos of both the room and the property itself.
In addition, describe the main features of the accommodation, including furnishings, available amenities, and the overall vibe. Moreover, if there are current flatmates, include a quick overview to help potential renters understand the living environment.You’ll also need to complete some basic details such as the weekly price, location, and availability. Once all the information is filled in, simply click “List a Property” and your listing will go live for others to browse.
Person Listing
A person listing, or “room wanted” profile, is designed for people looking for a room or flatshare in Australia.
First of all, this type of listing gives you the chance to showcase your personality, lifestyle, and preferences so hosts can get a sense of who you are. For example, you can mention things like your hobbies, work situation, or ideal household environment. Additionally, don’t forget to add a clear photo of yourself — it helps build trust and increases your visibility in search results.
